From the world to your table
Christian Fauser, a graduate in Culinary Arts from Germany, honed his skills in Austria, cooking in top restaurants and hotels and even for celebrities like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Specializing in gourmet finger food and visually stunning dishes, he has worked for luxury hotels and catered VIP clients across Europe. His talent has been featured in local magazines, showcasing his artistic approach to cuisine.
Driven by a passion for global flavors, Christian has traveled through Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, constantly expanding his culinary knowledge. Now based in Tulum, Mexico, he blends his love of food, culture, and travel into every dish.

I felt comfortable to ask all my questions and not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was annoying him. Both my boyfriend and I have food allergies which Chris accommodated so beautifully. The night of our dinner was so beautiful. The decor, watching him cook, the entire experience was AMAZING and made our entire trip. We have been home a few days now and cannot stop talking about the meal we had. It was truly one of the most amazing dinners I have ever had. I am so grateful for such a beautiful experience and I cannot wait to return to Tulum to eat his food again. He hands down made this a trip of a lifetime for my boyfriend and I could not be more thankful.

We had the honor of having Chef Christian and his lovely wife Tulsi prepare us a beautiful private dinner on our first night. It was so good that I asked if he could come back and prepare us an awesome breakfast on the morning of our anniversary. They are truly two of the nicest people we have ever met during our travels. We even randomly ran into them at the same restaurant we were having our anniversary dinner at. I Highly recommend setting up something with them if you're ever in the area. If (when) we return to Tulum they will be the first people that I hook up with. Thank you so much!!!
